We will make every effort to execute your order as per your selection, however if we need to substitute a flower or sundry item because of seasonal changes or unavailability, we will use a flower/sundry of similar value, colour and style, in order to deliver your important gift without delay.
Same day delivery guaranteed, when the order is placed by 1:00 pm weekdays (Melbourne time) and by 10:00am Saturdays. Any orders received after these cut times will be delivered the next working day.
There is no delivery service on Sundays except for Valentine’s Day, Mothers’ Day and other special events.
Standard domestic deliveries will be made sometime between 9am and 6pm. Deliveries to business addresses must be specified and we will deliver before 5.00pm.
As deliveries are outsourced to a local company – we will do our best however we cannot guarantee timed deliveries – if your delivery is urgent please call us directly on 03 5221 8052
If we are given a wrong address we are able to re-deliver your order for an additional delivery charge. If the recipient is not there at the time of delivery, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe location. If the courier is unable to leave the order, we will phone the sender to arrange a new delivery time and an additional delivery fee will apply.
Jacinta’s Flower Studio is closed on public holidays; your order will be executed the following business day.
We accept and can organize orders worldwide; however, Jacinta’s Flower Studio delivers its own flowers within the Geelong region only. In some cases there will be a need to charge additional delivery fees for restricted delivery areas. Jacinta’s Flower Studio will contact you regarding these fees if applicable.
All prices on our website include the appropriate taxes.
Orders must be placed by 1pm 13th February (or closest working day) for guaranteed delivery on Valentines Day. No timed deliveries are accepted for Valentines Day and all orders to business addresses will be delivered by 5.00 pm.
Items with Alcohol
Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions apply.
Cancellations & Changes
Refunds can be accepted 24 hours prior to the delivery day. We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the flowers and gifts will already be in preparation or transit. To make any changes to orders please call 03 5221 8052
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your fresh flowers to share your concerns.
Alternatively, send a photo of your concerns to us or return the product to the store so we are able to assess the issues that relate to your product.
As each flower is unique, so too are your special requirements and concerns regarding your order, so we ask that you contact us directly on 0 35221 8052 or email@example.com to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your order as a number of solutions may be available to you.
All refunds for orders are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was processed.
Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers or a refund if the original flowers are disposed of. We need to inspect them to assess the cause of the problem.
